Are you passionate about travel and love the idea of helping others plan their next great adventure? We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Remote Adventure Travel Consultants. No previous experience is required just a love for travel, strong communication skills, and a desire to help clients create unforgettable experiences.

We provide comprehensive training and support to help you succeed in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
Client Consultation: Engage with clients via phone, email, and online platforms to understand their travel preferences, needs, and goals.

Trip Planning: Research and recommend adventure travel destinations, activities, accommodations, and itineraries tailored to clients' interests.

Booking Arrangements: Coordinate all aspects of the travel process including flights, accommodations, activities, and local tours, ensuring smooth and stress-free travel experiences.

Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, resolving issues, and offering travel advice before, during, and after trips.

Maintain Client Relationships: Follow up with clients post-travel to gather feedback and maintain long-term relationships for future bookings.

Stay Up-to-Date on Trends: Stay informed about travel industry trends, popular adventure destinations, and travel restrictions to offer clients the best possible guidance.

Collaborate with Vendors: Work with travel partners, such as tour companies, accommodation providers, and airlines, to secure the best deals for clients.

Qualifications: No experience necessary full training provided.

A passion for adventure travel and exploring new destinations.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable using technology and able to learn new systems quickly.
Attention to detail and good organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Customer service-oriented with a positive attitude.

A reliable internet connection and a quiet home office space.

Preferred (But Not Required): Experience traveling to adventure or off-the-beaten-path destinations.

Familiarity with travel booking platforms and software (training will be provided).
