As a Team Lead you will...- Be responsible for the clinical and technical leadership of the Respiratory Care staff.
- Ensure effective daily operation over area of responsibility.
- Continue to encompass responsibility for administering respiratory care under a physician's order including, but not limited to, all types of oxygen therapy, aerosol therapy, intubation, arterial puncture and analysis, and mechanical ventilation of adult/pediatric/neonatal patients.
- Plan, implement, and evaluate the effectiveness of therapy and facilitates the rental of equipment as needed. The Team Leader
