• Ensure proactive and timely follow-up on board recommendations through the local finance team.
• Collaborate closely with the board, ensuring accurate presentations that highlight opportunities for agency development, cost efficiency, and revenue growth. Report key financial updates, including profitability and cash flow, to the Deputy & Group CFO.
• Drive the implementation of new objectives set by the Group CFO and headquarters, ensuring successful execution through local teams. Maintain compliance with corporate guidelines and act as a strategic business partner to other headquarters departments.
• Build and develop a local finance team that effectively supports other operational departments and entities within the region.
• Collaborate closely with internal audit teams to ensure rigorous follow-up on audits.
• Oversee monthly financial reporting, book closures, and budget preparations, ensuring accuracy and adherence to guidelines.
• Develop and enforce the region's Credit Management Policy, ensuring proper credit evaluations and minimizing overdue accounts and write-offs.
• Monitor and optimize regional cash flow, manage banking relationships, and reduce currency exposure risks.
• Optimize the corporate setup, VAT, and tax structures while mitigating risks and ensuring compliance with international transfer pricing guidelines.
• Implement robust internal controls and drive cost reduction initiatives across all operational areas.
• Regularly conduct benchmarking and identify opportunities for revenue optimization. Identify potential threats to the regional strategy and implement effective mitigation plans.
• Ensure procurement processes are standardized across the region, with an emphasis on operational efficiency and cost reduction.
• Foster a culture of information sharing and best practices across the region, promoting the values and mindset of the company.
• Travel regularly within the region (up to 50%) to maintain strong regional oversight.
• Build a capable and motivated finance team, ensuring the right talent is recruited, developed,
• Ensure the team is staffed with qualified personnel, providing leadership in recruitment, development, and retention, while embodying the company's values.

• Master's degree in accounting, finance, or business.
• Proficient in financial and accounting software.
• Extensive experience in a senior financial role.
• Experience in transport, supply chain, O&G, heavy industry or equivalent.
• Ideally experience with family owned company
• Fluent in English with strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Proven management experience.
• Eligibility: Must be eligible to work in Switzerland or in Europe
• Being flexible and willing to travel up to 50% of the time in Asia
• To be ok to go to the Geneva office everyday
• Only candidates with swiss or EU work permit can be considered
