Basic Qualifications :

High School diploma or equivalent is required plus a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.

CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS:

Department of Defense Secret security clearance is preferred at time of hire. Candidates must be able to obtain a Secret clearance within a reasonable amount of time from date of hire. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.

Believing every job should be done right the first time, the Advanced Manufacturing / Production Operator will perform project tasks/assignments of moderately complex nature ranging from repetitive to non-repetitive production assembly operations on electronic and/or mechanical assemblies and subassemblies such as modules, boards, panels, drawers, frames, and cables.

Basically, you’ll perform fabrication or inspection functions in a research, production or pre-production environment by reading and interpreting moderately complex schematics and drawings. Following more advanced methods, techniques, and sequence of operations in performing wiring, component installation, hand soldering, and cable harnessing on subassemblies and units, we’ll rely on you to build or integrate hardware for prototypes, subassemblies or systems, perform moderately complex electrical tests along with more complex rework and refurbishment of hardware and systems.

What you bring to the table:

  • A High School diploma or equivalent plus a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
  • Ability to perform more advanced loading and configuring of customer/standard software on customer device
  • Ability to accurately complete process paperwork and entering data into the applicable work order management system
  • Solid computer, communication and time management skills
  • Solid knowledge of measuring/test equipment and math

Salary Note:

This estimate represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors (geographic location, etc.). Actual pay may vary. This job posting will remain open until the position is filled.

Combined Salary Range: USD $23.94 - USD $25.68 /Hr.
