IT Administrator - ITA-24-16309

Location: Chelsea, MA (Hybrid)

The IT Administrator will provide onsite support in Chelsea, MA, focusing on IT asset management, software/hardware troubleshooting, and network infrastructure support. Occasional after-hours support may be required.

Responsibilities:

• Asset Management: Oversee IT inventory, perform software installations, manage patches, and ensure system security.
• Technical Support: Deliver on-site support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and resolve network-related issues.
• Administrative Support: Work with teams, adhere to security protocols, and address operational issues promptly.

Qualifications:

• Associate degree in IT or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of IT support experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Strong understanding of LAN, WAN, VPN, and network protocols.
• Proficient in Active Directory, Microsoft O365, and mobile device support.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems (ServiceNow preferred).

Additional Requirement:

• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
