Legal Coordinator

We are seeking a Legal Coordinator for a short term contract employment opportunity in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. In this role, you will be expected to handle various tasks related to law, compliance, and contracts, and work with various third-party entities.

• Organize and maintain a repository of all organization contracts and agreements.
• Draft, negotiate, and summarize contracts, ensuring they comply with regulatory rules and new law updates.
• Investigate and respond to information requests from third parties.
• Work closely with third-party law firms and insurance providers.
• Execute documents for executives and coordinate litigation strategies including subpoena responses and document preservation.
• Conduct research on various legal and compliance matters, and use findings to identify internal risks.
• Draft and revise corporate policies and procedures to mitigate identified risks.
• Track internal usage of third-party data, and prepare responses to third-party assessments.
• Maintain knowledge of all corporate entities and coordinate internal investigations.
• Compose letters to third parties, and solve problems related to processes and projects. • Proficiency in Aderant software
• Expertise in Adobe Acrobat
• Familiarity with Automated City Register Information System (ACRIS)
• Ability to handle Case Management Software
• Proficient in using CompuLaw
• Experience with Billing Functions
• Strong ability in Briefing
• Proficient in Calendar Management
• Experience in Claim Administration
• Excellent Communication skills
