Adecco - Kitting Assembler/Material Handler
Adecco Staffing is working with a manufacturing company in Quincy, MA. We are looking for experienced Kitting Assemblers/Material Handlers. This is a temp to perm opportunity on 1st shift.
Pay Rate Range: $19.50 per hourSchedule(s)/Hours: Monday – Friday 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Position Title: Product Builder/Assembler
Responsibilities Include:
- Build Quality into all aspects of their work by maintaining compliance to all quality requirements.
- Follow and adhere to company policy and procedures.
- Perform multiple operations of a more complex nature on a functional area, such as assembly, inspection of in-process units and assemblies; material documentation, handling, and control.
- Becomes trained on production tasks and maintains updated individual training records.
- Demonstrate and applies a solid understanding of how to use measuring instruments.
- Ability to use computers at a proficient level as needed, i.e., confirmations, issue materials, print labels.
- Understand and apply Core 5 Metrics in relation to daily task.
- Participates in program or functional team projects developing process improvement methods, solutions, and procedures to enhance quality and efficiency.
Qualifications Include:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a Kitting Assembly and Material Handling strongly preferred.
- Previous experience in manufacturing.
- High School Diploma required.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Ability to work flexible hours and rotating tasks/responsibilities.

Pay Details: $19.50 per hour
