Promote and sell products to customers according to budget or better
Provide detailed input to budget process (customer & product mix) upon request
Establish new customers
Sales strategy for region
Operate within given cost budgets
Visiting of customers and exhibitions
Customer surveys
Keep track of market intelligence in the industry with respect to market development, projects, competitive activity, customers etc.
Build a solid sales pipeline
Compliance with company procedures and routines
Deliveries
Exchange sales pipeline with head office
Revision of forecasting file (own region - monthly basis)
Monthly update of New Business Opportunities (NBO)
Strategy plans
Budgets
Customer visit plans
Updated travel calendar
Prioritized exhibition proposals
Input to inventory levels (max/min)
Reduce shorts and slow moving inventory
Competence requirements
Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience within the industry
Extensive experience from sales and used to make strategy and marked plans.
Familiarity with company’s product portfolio.
Proven leadership capabilities
Track record on achievements
Good communication and co-operation skills
Good negotiations skills
Good English skills, both oral and written
