-18-2024 Application deadline 10-10-2024 Tasks Your main tasks include, among others: Handle all process-related customer inquiries, internal and external, being the interface within LHT, the accounts and other business partners Create cost estimates for non-contracted and out of contract repairs, process customer‘s approval Detect and invoice cases of mishandling, modification, and scrap Work independently on loans, sales and 1:1 exchanges Proactively work to resolve claims and discrepancies as they occur Independent responsibility for commercial processing and operational handling of the contract from the point of view of cost effectiveness Independently handle initial contact from all customers assigned for all issues of daily operational business Monitor and support performance level reporting
