Customer Service Representative Hybrid Model (remotely & in the office) Do you want to be responsible for the smooth commercial execution and operational Customer Service? Process, document and monitor administrative part of aircraft components?
-18-2024 Application deadline 10-10-2024 Tasks Your main tasks include, among others: Handle all process-related customer inquiries, internal and external, being the interface within LHT, the accounts and other business partners Create cost estimates for non-contracted and out of contract repairs, process customer‘s approval Detect and invoice cases of mishandling, modification, and scrap Work independently on loans, sales and 1:1 exchanges Proactively work to resolve claims and discrepancies as they occur Independent responsibility for commercial processing and operational handling of the contract from the point of view of cost effectiveness Independently handle initial contact from all customers assigned for all issues of daily operational business Monitor and support performance level reporting

Requirements Step into the role of a Customer Service Representative , check the requirements below: High school diploma/GED desirable College degree/vocational training desirable Bachelor’s degree desirable 1-2 years of experience in MRO Customer Service desirable Fluency in English language required German and Spanish language desirable Knowledge in MRO Customer Service required MS Office and SAP as user Excellent cost consciousness Excellent detail oriented Excellent communication skills Excellent problem solving Excellent quality consciousness Excellent productivity driven Excellent customer service Excellent negotiating skills Excellent responsibility CSX is responsible for and influences up to USD $25,000 Willingness to travel Shift work / overtime Constant time pressure High stress levels Must possess a legal work permit in the U.S.
