Salary: $80-120k + bonus

A well-established Wealth Management (RIA) firm is seeking a full-time experienced analyst to join their team. This role will report directly to the Director of Investment Management and the Chief Compliance & Operating Officer, offering a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in investment management and regulatory operations within a dynamic and client-focused environment.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct security analysis and research investment opportunities.
• Assist in asset allocation strategies and portfolio construction.
• Execute trades and monitor trading activities.
• Track and report on investment performance.
• Manage client billing, reconciliation, and account-related financial tasks.
• Oversee internal account setup and ongoing maintenance.
• Support compliance functions, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Participate in operational projects to enhance firm efficiency.

Requirements:

• Current Series 65 (or willingness to obtain within 6 months of employment)
• 3+ years of experience working in the financial services industry
• Experience with account custodians
• 1+ years of trading experience in investment operations
