Job Title: Administrative Assistant Finance & Funding Firm
Location: Albuquerque, NM
Job Type: Temp (Part-Time) 20 hours per week

Compensation: $18 - $22 per hour (DOE)

What You'll Do:

As the Administrative Assistant, you will be a key player in the day-to-day operations, ensuring that tasks are handled efficiently and deadlines are met. This role involves both office-based duties and occasional in-city errands.

Key Responsibilities for the Administrative Assistant:

Front Desk Management: Answer phone calls, greet visitors, and direct them appropriately.
Document Handling: Manage loan scanning and loan filing to keep records organized and accessible.
Meeting Coordination: Schedule meetings, Board Meeting Note Taking is Crucial and assist with maintaining executive calendars.
Correspondence: Draft emails, memos, and letters, ensuring professionalism and accuracy.
Database Management: Maintain up-to-date client files and manage internal records.

Confidentiality: Handle sensitive financial documents with professionalism and discretion.

Skills and Requirements for the Administrative Assistant::

Punctual & Dependable: Must be reliable with set hours and able to meet deadlines consistently.
Tech Savvy: Comfortable using office technology and software.
Intermediate Microsoft Office Skills: Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Professional Attitude: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Attention to Detail: Meticulous and accurate, with strong organizational skills.

Compensation & Details:

Pay: $18 - $22 per hour (DOE)
Hours: Part-time, preferably 20 hours per week
Schedule: In-office (non-remote)
