One of our client in the Walnut Creek area is looking for an Accounting Specialist for a contract to permanent placement opportunity.

Responsibilities:
- Accurately process customer credit applications in an efficient manner
- Maintain and update customer credit records regularly
- Handle accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) operations
- Reconcile accounts and ensure all financial data is accurate
- Assist in billing processes and procedures
- Utilize Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting
- Operate Yardi Voyager for property management and accounting tasks
- Manage debits and ensure they align with company standards
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary
- Admin tasks as needed
- Proficiency in Dr/Cr
- Data Entry skills required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Experience with Yardi Voyager software
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with high level of accuracy
- Confidentiality and integrity in handling financial information
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
