The Account Manager plays a vital role in the team by supporting Campaign Directors to deliver advanced digital advertising campaigns for an exciting range of arts and cultural institution clients.
This position requires proven knowledge and experience in managing digital strategy and campaigns across CRM, website, SEO, and paid digital advertising channels.
The nature of the role also demands a track record of working directly with venues and non-profit clients to explain, inspire, execute and measure digital marketing campaigns across a range of budgets, as well as a high level of flexibility and attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
As an Account Manager at SINE Digital, youll get your hands dirty with all sorts of exciting and pioneering digital work and have a range of key responsibilities, including:
- Working closely with the Campaign and Channel Directors to develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive ticket sales, increase brand awareness, and engage audiences for various arts organisations.
- Leading and assisting with client relationships and communications with key stakeholders
- Planning and optimising performance marketing campaigns whilst establishing and reporting on suitable KPIs
- Taking responsibility for the day-to-day running and management of these accounts, liaising directly with clients
- Developing end-to-end email/SMS marketing campaign strategies that maximise ROI and meet campaign objectives by driving engagement, traffic, and conversions for clients
- Setting up and implementing email/SMS marketing tools and platforms (such as Salesforce, Mailchimp, Hubspot, etc.) to build and segment email databases, manage automations, create design templates, and analyse campaign performance
- Facilitating client projects around technical infrastructure and measurement solutions as well as dynamically driven websites
- Presenting and analyzing performance metrics, dashboards and KPIs to track the effectiveness of digital marketing initiatives and provide actionable insights to clients
- Administering all budget activity, including budget recommendations, invoicing and billing
- Staying up-to-date on industry trends, promising practices and emerging technologies to continually improve digital marketing efforts
- Collaborating with the wider team to ensure optimal campaign efficiency across accounts, whilst analysing and assessing comparable performance of past SINE Digital campaigns
- Attending and leading relevant training sessions

About you:
As part of our dynamic, lively and fast-growing team, youll need to demonstrate the following:
- Proven track record of consistently developing digital strategies for arts and cultural institutions, and delivering excellent results across relevant digital channels and platforms, while leading and maintaining client relationships
- Being an ambitious and positive team player with a passion and curiosity for digital marketing, ready to take the next step in your career
- Proven experience in leading and nurturing relationships and communications with a range of key stakeholders, including anticipating client needs and expectations, persistently driving key strategic and budget decisions in the best interests of campaign performance and the agency, and adapting communication styles appropriately
- Ability to take the lead on forming digital strategies and plans, ensuring consistent excellence in their delivery and be agile when faced with challenges and opportunities
- Proven knowledge and experience in advanced reporting and performance measurement, including producing customised and relevant key insights for clients from a range of data sources
- An open, supportive and data-driven approach for the performance and outputs of key client accounts and other team members
- Desire to work across a broad range of live entertainment clients, from theatre shows to music festivals, immersive experiences and sports
- Thirst for knowledge and passion for self development, as well as a willingness to learn and work across a broad spectrum of digital channels and platforms

Benefits:
- A competitive salary between $70,000 - $90,000, commensurate with experience
- 24-day PTO per year, excluding Federal Holidays, which will increase with length of service at one additional day per year, capped at 3 days (plus extra time off over the Christmas period)

Our New York office is based in the heart of Time Square. We currently operate a hybrid working week, including Tuesday-Thursday in the office with the option to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays.
