• On-Site Management:
• Direct and oversee all on-site construction activities from groundbreaking to project completion.
• Supervise subcontractors, trades, and labor crews to maintain productivity and quality.
• Project Execution:
• Coordinate and enforce project schedules to meet established deadlines.
• Ensure all construction activities align with project specifications, drawings, and client requirements.
• Quality Assurance:
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure work meets quality standards and design specifications.
• Address and resolve any issues or deficiencies promptly.
• Safety Management:
• Enforce strict adherence to OSHA standards and company safety policies.
• Identify and mitigate potential safety risks on the job site.
• Stakeholder Collaboration:
• Communicate effectively with clients, project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure alignment on project goals.
• Participate in project meetings to provide updates and address challenges.
• Resource Management:
• Monitor material deliveries, equipment usage, and labor allocation to ensure efficiency.
• Manage on-site inventory and ensure proper handling of resources.
• Documentation and Reporting:
• Maintain accurate daily reports, including work progress, changes, and incidents.
• Assist in reviewing subcontractor invoices, change orders, and project documentation.

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field is preferred.
• Experience:
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience as a Superintendent, with a focus on ground-up big box retail projects.
• Proven ability to manage large-scale retail construction projects successfully.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, PlanGrid).
• Familiarity with commercial building codes, zoning requirements, and permitting processes.
• Soft Skills:
• Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to resolve conflicts and adapt to changing project conditions.
