3rd Shift Assemblers, Temporary, Full-Time - No Experience Required

Aprilaire is seeking a collaborative and customer focused 3rd Shift, Temporary, Assembler to join our team in Poynette, WI. There will be times where additional needs outside core business hours will be required.

Responsibilities:

Pay: $14.17 per hour AND incentive rate PLUS shift premium

Available Shifts:

3rd Shift: Sunday - Thursday 11 PM - 7 AM

Qualifications:

• Ability to operate equipment, troubleshoot, and problem solve
• Reading and understanding instructions and assembling products or their parts
• Use and be familiar with assembly and measuring tools, interpret visual aids, and must be able to perform simple math
• Must have a good command for the English language and be able to communicate, both written and verbal
• Dedication to quality and safety
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, team environment
• Ability to frequently stand, bend, and reach
• Positive attitude and leadership skills
• Knowledge of lean principles desired, but not required
• Familiarity with assembly and measuring tools.
• Ability to perform simple math.
• Safety conscious with a positive attitude and the ability to work well in a team setting.
• Ability to frequently stand, bend, and reach.
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment is a plus, but not required.
