Administrative Assistant
The ideal candidate will be skilled in administration and be interested in a career within legal administration. This role is a fully onsite position which requires travel to Boston, MA 5 days a week.

Responsibilities- Perform daily coverage of reception desk during reception lunch break
sitting at front desk during any vacancies or receptionist time away, also providing coverage for litigation associates when needed
- Assist in drafting cover letters, responses, interrogatories, summonses
- Type summonses
- Clerical tasks such as generating medical record requests, scheduling appointments, scanning, opening and organizing files
- Additional administrative tasks including filing, photocopying, managing incoming/outgoing mail
- Professionally represent the team/company to potential clients – returning phone calls, greeting guests, seating clients
