Accounts Payable Specialist - Fort Lauderdale

• Reconcile vendor statements against company records to ensure consistency.
• Handle and process employee expense reports efficiently.
• Support month-end closing tasks, including accruals and account reconciliations.
• Accurately receive, review, and input invoices into the accounting software.
• Schedule and execute payments to vendors, ensuring all payments are timely and accurate.
• Liaise with vendors to address any invoice or payment discrepancies.
• Keep precise and organized records of all financial transactions.
