Counter Order Taker and Forklift Operator

education: High School

• Greet and assist customers with HVAC/refrigeration product inquiries and orders.
• Accurately process customer orders at the sales counter.
• Operate a forklift to move, load, and unload products safely.
• Maintain inventory by accurately recording product movement and stock levels.
• Ensure the sales floor and warehouse are organized, clean, and well-stocked.
• Collaborate with team members to meet customer needs and exceed service expectations.
• Assist with shipping and receiving, and other warehouse duties as needed.

Qualifications:

• Experience with HVAC/refrigeration products required.
• Forklift certification or experience operating a forklift.
• Previous customer service or counter sales experience preferred.
• Sommunication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills for order entry and inventory tracking.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
