Our client, a forward-thinking company based in Chicago, is looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to join their growing marketing team. This role will focus on developing, executing, and optimizing digital marketing strategies across multiple channels to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising.
- Optimize digital campaigns based on data-driven insights, adjusting strategies to meet performance goals and key metrics.
- Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to create compelling online campaigns that align with the brand’s voice and objectives.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust tactics accordingly.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities in the digital landscape.
- Manage and grow the company’s presence on social media platforms by creating engaging content, interacting with followers, and running paid social media ads.
- Oversee the execution of email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, A/B testing, and performance tracking.
- Manage and optimize paid search (PPC) campaigns across Google Ads and other platforms, ensuring maximum ROI.
- Stay current with digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure the company’s strategies are always on the cutting edge.
- Provide regular reports and insights on campaign performance, recommending improvements and strategies for growth.
- Proven experience (2-4 years) in digital marketing, with hands-on experience managing SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email campaigns, and paid advertising.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEMrush, Mailchimp, Hootsuite, and other marketing automation platforms.
- Solid understanding of SEO best practices, keyword research, and content optimization.
- Strong experience in running paid campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) with a track record of achieving measurable results.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling marketing copy and messages.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- A strong attention to detail and a creative mindset to develop innovative marketing strategies.
