We have an exceptional opportunity for a mission driven infection control leader with a passion for high standards in healthcare services in a fast-paced setting.

The RN QAPI Manager will develop and implement the Quality Assurance Program, including on-going quality measurement/audits, monitoring and analysis, performance improvement, education, and regulatory compliance consistent with all applicable policies, procedures, standards, and relevant laws and regulations.

The focus of this position is working with and through others, building and maintaining relationships, and working closely and accurately within established guidelines.There is a need for an effective communicator, someone who is able to stimulate and motivate others while being aware of and responsive to their needs and concerns.

A faster-than-average pace will be the norm for this position. Detail work is a major focus of the job, and those details need to be handled quickly, correctly, and efficiently.The person in this position must be friendly and genuinely interested in the business, agenda, and needs of others, including the company, its management, the team, the company's customers, or all of the above.

Requirements
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in a healthcare setting
  • In-depth knowledge of quality assurance and performance improvement principles and practices
  • Knowledge of infection prevention and control policies and procedures
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
