Cnc machinist/ lathe machinist
As a CNC Lathe Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining computer numerical control (CNC) lathe machines to produce precision parts and components according to specifications. Your role is critical in ensuring high-quality, accurate production in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities- Set up and operate CNC lathe machines to perform tasks such as drilling, cutting, and shaping metal and plastic materials.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and job orders to determine machine settings and production requirements.
- Load raw materials into the CNC machine and ensure the machine is properly calibrated.
- Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed to maintain product quality and efficiency.
- Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot issues to prevent downtime.
- Inspect finished products for quality assurance, ensuring that all dimensions and tolerances are met.
- Maintain accurate production logs, including machine settings, run times, and inspection results.
- Follow safety protocols and ensure the workspace is clean and organized.
