The Successful Applicant- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, preferably with commercial and industrial projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes, and safety regulations.
- Proficient in project management software and tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
- PMP certification is a plus.
- A competitive base salary between $95,000 - $120,000 (Depending on Experience)
- Competitive bonus structure, project/profit based. Typically between $8,000-$15,000 in the first year)
