Used Car Manager

Family Volkswagen, a well-established and customer-focused dealership in Burleson, TX, is seeking an experienced and driven Used Car Manager to lead our sales team and support our current Sales Management staff. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead & Develop the Sales Team: Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of sales associates to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth and maximize profitability.
• Customer Satisfaction: Ensure exceptional customer service at all stages of the buying process, fostering long-term relationships and repeat business.
• Inventory Management: Oversee vehicle inventory, ensuring a well-maintained stock that aligns with market demands.
• Training & Development: Provide continuous coaching, training, and performance evaluations for sales staff to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
• Reporting: Track and report sales performance, forecasting, and other metrics to upper management.
• Collaborate: Work closely with the finance department and other teams to ensure smooth processes for customers from start to finish.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Used Car Manager in the automotive industry, with a track record of success in leading a sales team.
• Strong leadership and motivational skills, with the ability to drive results and encourage a positive work environment.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of automotive sales processes and market trends.
• Ability to manage inventory, finances, and sales targets effectively.
• A customer-first mindset with a passion for providing top-tier service.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Previous experience with Volkswagen vehicles is a plus but not required.
