We are currently seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and tech-savvy Administrative Assistant proficient in MS Excel for our client in Akron, Ohio. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong ability to multitask, and a knack for problem-solving.

This opportunity is contract to hire.

Responsibilities:

  • Answering and directing phone calls.
  • Organizing and scheduling appointments and meetings.
  • Handling email, mail, and other forms of correspondence.
  • Maintaining filing systems, both digital and physical.
  • Ordering and managing office supplies inventory.
  • Assisting in the preparation of reports and presentations using MS Excel.
  • Tracking expenses and income through Excel spreadsheets.
  • Data entry, analysis, and management using Excel functions.
  • Providing general support to visiting clients or stakeholders.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent (Associates Degree preferred).
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel (knowledge of VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and ability to create macros is a must).
-Minimum of 1-2 years experience in an administrative role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
