Sr. Accountant

This position is essential to the smooth operation and continued growth of our team.

• Perform general accounting functions including journal entries, account reconciliations, and fixed assets management
• Utilize SAP for various accounting tasks and to maintain accurate records
• Assist with the month-end close process to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
• Leverage your knowledge of Microsoft Excel to create and update financial spreadsheets
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure all financial operations are running smoothly
• Keep track of customer credit applications and take appropriate action when necessary
• Work with Oracle and NetSuite for various finance-related tasks
• Be proactive in identifying areas of improvement in our current accounting processes
• Balance sheet reconciliation for accurate financial statements. • Must have proficiency in Account Reconciliation
• Demonstrated ability in Balance Sheet Reconciliation is required
• Experience in Bank Reconciliations is necessary
• Familiarity with General Ledger management is expected
• Capable of making accurate Journal Entries
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel
• Experience with Month End Close procedures is required
• NetSuite experience is highly desirable
• Knowledge of Oracle financial software is necessary
• Experience with SAP software is a plus.
