Titers- MMR/Varicella/Hep B
Tdap and Flu vaccine current
Respiratory Fit testing (within 12 months)
Must be able to pass a back ground screening

REQUIREMENTSCA- RN license in good standing
2 years of current acute care/hospital experience
BLS/ACLS and/or PALS
