The Human Resource Manager will plan, lead, direct, develop, and coordinate the policies, activities, and function of the Human Resource (HR) department, ensuring legal compliance and implementation of the organizations mission and talent strategy.

Requirements
  • Oversee and administer operations for the Human Resources Department regarding New Hire Onboarding, Benefits, Classification, Training, Offboarding, Employee Recognition, Wellness, Medical Leave, and Compensation programs.
  • Maintain positive employee relations by creating a responsive environment and being available to facilitate open and continuous communication.
  • Skilled in HR processes (e.g., performance management, compensation and bonus planning, succession planning).
  • Offer thought-leadership and apply disciplined fact-based judgment regarding organizational and people related strategy and execution.
  • Work with Talent Acquisition team for definition and maintenance of job classifications and descriptions.
  • Educate teams on HR policy and practices, as well as emerging HR issues.
  • This position is also responsible for HR systems support and compliance, as well as providing first level support for manager inquiries.
  • Improve the employee experience, while developing ways to celebrate success, coach people with positive intent using performance diagnosis, organizational development, and design.
  • Provide coaching and counseling to management and employees to enhance the team.
  • Responsible for selecting, training, coaching, counseling, and disciplining future employees in the HR department.
  • Provide active, engaged leadership through behavioral coaching and mentoring.
  • Develops and mentors staff using best management practices and setting leadership examples through personal work culture.
Qualifications
  • 10+ years of HR business partner or generalist experience.
  • Possess excellent communication skills, conveying information with confidence and clarity.
  • Deep understanding of HR functions, industry, and business leadership.
  • A broad technical expertise in employee relations, formal investigations, staffing and retention, compensation, policy development and application, learning and education, planning and other HR processes and programs.
  • Strong history of successfully driving and implementing HR initiatives with functional leaders.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence, evaluate and manage conflicting priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment with senior level leaders.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, ability to analyze data, understand trends; develop recommendations for action based on the analysis.
  • Strong mindset for continuous improvement and meeting or exceeding client expectations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Management.
  • SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP highly preferred.

  • Salary range: $100,000 to $130,000
