Robert Half is seeking a talented and experienced Senior UX Designer to join our team on a 3+ month contract basis. You will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience for our enterprise-level clients, working on complex projects that have a real impact.
This is a remote position, with a preference for candidates located in the Eastern Time Zone.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the UX design process from user research and ideation to prototyping and testing.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and user needs.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma and Sketch.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions.
- Present design solutions to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain a deep understanding of UX best practices and emerging trends.
- Contribute to our design system and style guide.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience as a UX Designer, specifically working with enterprise-level clients.
- Proven proficiency in Figma and Sketch.
- A strong portfolio showcasing your UX design process and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
- Experience with user research and usability testing methodologies.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Comfortable working remotely.
- Preference for candidates located in the Eastern Time Zone.
