To support the growth and success of the RISE technology, we are looking for a Product Manager Intern to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in product management, contributing to the development and success of our robotic motion control systems.Working closely with cross-functional teams you will support product lifecycle activities and assist in roadmap planning, ensuring that customer needs are at the forefront of product decisions. Ideal candidates are motivated problem solvers who thrive on technical challenges and are eager to grow within a collaborative environment.
This is a full-time, 30-40 hours/week internship onsite in our Somerville office for the Spring semester.
In this role, you will...- Conduct research and gather insights on market trends, competitors, and customer needs to inform product decisions.
- Assist in creating and documenting product requirements and help define new features.
- Track and analyze product data to suggest improvements.
- Help coordinate product launches and keep projects on track.
- Work closely with team members across engineering disciplines to integrate and engage in regular project meetings to align on product development.
- Must be able to work full-time, 30-40 hours/week in our Somerville office for the Spring semester.
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s in Engineering, Computer Science or Business or enrolled in or recently graduated from a community college program in Engineering, Computer Science or Business.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Self-motivated and adaptable, with a willingness to learn and take on challenges in a fast-paced setting.
- Excellent analytical abilities and a resourceful approach to problem-solving.
