Lead Industrial Maintenance Technician

This position will be responsible for leading preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, diagnostics and repair of the building and material handling systems.

** Must be willing to take assessment for hiring process **

• Troubleshoot, maintain and repair all aspects of building maintenance, material handling systems &

• Diagnose, using test equipment, electrical and electronic control systems and other related equipment,

• Understanding of schematics, plans and blue prints.
• Ability to maintain, and troubleshoot basic power distribution systems, branch circuits, lighting systems,

• Ability to, maintain, and troubleshoot basic relay logic, ladder diagrams, control components: photo

• Knowledge of lock out tag out procedures.
• Knowledge of working w/ 3 phase 480V & 277V distribution panels & switchgears, using arc flash

• Maintain accuracy of facility and equipment systems documentation using CMMS.
• Demonstrate safe work practices that comply with Occupational Safety and Health Standards ensuring

• Operate equipment: scissor and boom lifts, hand tools, and energy management equipment to perform

system support tasks as required.
