Plaintiff Litigation Associate

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Plaintiff Litigation Attorney to join our expanding legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil litigation, with a focus on plaintiff-side work. You will be responsible for managing a caseload, conducting legal research, drafting pleadings and motions, taking depositions, and advocating on behalf of clients at trial.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a full caseload of plaintiff litigation matters from start to finish.
• Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and trials.
• Conduct legal research and analysis, prepare legal documents, and draft motions.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and support staff to develop case strategies.
• Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and manage expectations.
• Negotiate settlements and provide sound legal advice in settlement discussions.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• 3+ years of experience in plaintiff litigation, with a focus on personal injury or other relevant areas of law.
• Strong knowledge of civil procedure, legal research, and courtroom skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Licensed to practice law in California
