Licensing Automation and Compliance Supervisor

Responsibilities:

Position Responsibilities:

  • Leading a team of Licensing, Automation, and Compliance (LAC) Associates, you will oversee EDI and Fintech aging to resolve open balances, ensuring adherence to all state licensing processes
  • Your responsibilities include managing billback/claims aging to meet KPIs, redistributing assignments as needed to meet deadlines and managing and analyzing data efficiently using advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, VLOOKUP and macros
  • Take responsibility for understanding and managing all state licensing processes, ensuring full compliance across operations
  • Oversee accounts receivable related to EDI and Fintech, including collections, researching payment agreements, and ensuring overall accuracy and ensuring timely and accurate supplier billing, maintaining high standards of precision and efficiency
  • Participate in projects related to Redundancy Elimination, New Technology Integration, and Cost Optimization
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Required Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree and 4 plus years of related experience with 0 to 1 plus years of supervisory experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree with 7 plus years of specific experience and 1 to 2 plus years of supervisory experience

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Master’s Degree or Certified Public Accountant
