education: Associate

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates.
• Conduct new employee onboarding and orientation sessions to foster positive attitude toward organizational objectives.
• Administer employee benefit programs and address employee inquiries regarding benefits.
• Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans.
• Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
• Assist with HR projects such as policy updates and training initiatives.
• Support management in implementing HR programs to improve employee engagement and retention.
• Provide guidance to employees on HR-related matters and ensure consistent application of company policies.
• Stay updated on HR trends and best practices to suggest improvements for HR processes.
• Manage the HR email inbox, replying to messages and meeting needs as they arise, and in a timely manner.
