For one of our clients, we are looking for a Brand Success Director, remotely from New York, United States.
As a Brand Success Director, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and profitability for a select group of brands. You will work closely with their internal teams, acting as a strategic advisor, using financial modeling to demonstrate the ROI of various initiatives and aligning them with revenue targets.Your expertise will help enhance the overall resale experience, increase profitability, and ensure long-term success for the brand partners.
Accountabilities:
- Serve as a trusted advisor to brand partners, providing strategic insights and data-driven recommendations to optimize resale businesses.
- Exceed quarterly and annual targets by driving upsell opportunities and presenting strong business cases for resale within client organizations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, and Data, to implement improvements that support business growth.
- Develop and execute strategies that drive revenue growth while ensuring profitability targets are met.
Lead complex, cross-functional initiatives and manage relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective execution
Requirements- 8+ years of experience in consulting, e-commerce, business operations, or related strategic roles.
- Strong financial acumen with expertise in developing financial models and projections to assess profitability and performance.
- Experience in managing multiple stakeholders, providing executive-level recommendations, and presenting data-backed insights.
- Proficiency with Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Hex, Looker), Google Analytics, and building custom financial models.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive projects from strategy through execution and performance review.
- Deep understanding of e-commerce retail operations, especially in apparel, accessories, or consumer goods industries.
- Competitive base salary of $135,000-$170,000 per year, with performance-based commissions.
