  • Adapting to increased work demands during tax season, though prior knowledge is not mandatory
  • Capable of managing inbound calls, addressing inquiries and redirecting calls when necessary.
  • Strong customer service skills, with the ability to handle customer issues in a detail-oriented manner.
  • Proficient in data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and meticulous attention.
  • Skilled in email correspondence, with the ability to compose detail-oriented messages.
  • Experienced in handling both inbound and outbound calls, providing information or redirecting calls as needed.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for managing and organizing data.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Outlook for managing emails, contacts, and calendar events.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft PowerPoint for creating engaging presentations.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Word for creating, editing, and formatting documents.
  • Ability to schedule appointments accurately, managing time effectively to avoid conflicts.
