Job Description
  • Project Leadership: Drive diverse projects from inception to completion, managing schedules, costs, and quality.
  • Team Collaboration: Oversee a team of Project Managers and APMs, fostering teamwork and project excellence.
  • Technical Proficiency: Use Procore, Bluebeam, and Sage Timberline for efficient project documentation, scheduling, and budget tracking.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure transparent communication and goal alignment.

The Successful Applicant
  • Experience: 7+ years in project management, ideally with design-build experience and a background in diverse commercial projects.
  • Leadership: Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering ground-up projects in commercial and municipal spaces.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, and Sage Timberline is required; open to learning and implementing new technologies.
