This role will be based on-site, allowing you to interact directly with our team and clients.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately process personal and corporate tax returns
• Handle general bookkeeping tasks effectively
• Assist with tax preparation and client file management
• Utilize UltraTax software for various tasks
• Manage office duties such as answering phone calls and booking appointments
• Handle mail and electronic returns efficiently
• Monitor system to ensure smooth operations
• Utilize Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks in daily tasks. • Possess strong bookkeeping skills to manage financial records effectively
• Proficiency in Ultra Tax software for seamless tax processing
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for data analysis and reporting
• Familiarity with QuickBooks for efficient financial management
• Experience as a Tax Preparer, well-versed in preparing accurate tax returns
• Expertise in Corporate Tax Return, capable of handling complex business tax scenarios
• Ability to work on Individual Tax Return, ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations
