We are in search of a proficient Administrative Assistant to join our team in MUNDELEIN, Illinois. The role involves managing administrative tasks, ensuring efficient document management, and coordinating with various service providers. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity.
Responsibilities:- Collaborate on managing administrative tasks in tandem with the Front Desk Clerk.
- Efficiently manage office inventory, verifying deliveries, and stocking supplies.
- Conduct administrative support tasks such as scanning, copying, filing, preparing, and mailing documents.
- Address service requests by coordinating with contractors/vendors.
- Responsible for organizing and restocking supplies in various office areas including kitchens, conference rooms, copy rooms, and mailroom.
- Manage outgoing mail, ensuring daily posting and delivery to the nearby post office.
- Assist in the coordination of office events as requested.
- Take responsibility for catering requests for meetings and office events.
- Handle the setup and break down of office and workstation cubicles for new hires and departures.
- Provide administrative support to the Executive Director and HR Manager. • Proven experience in answering inbound calls and making outbound calls
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Proficient in data entry tasks
- Ability to handle email correspondence effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word
- Experience in scheduling appointments efficiently
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent education level
- Previous experience in administrative roles would be advantageous.
