Our client is seeking an experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper to join their team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing all aspects of our financial records, ensuring accurate and timely reporting, and supporting the overall financial health of the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and manage the general ledger, including posting journal entries and reconciling accounts.
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely and accurate payment processing.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
• Manage payroll processing and associated compliance requirements.
• Handle bank and credit card reconciliations, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Prepare and file tax forms and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Collaborate with external auditors or accountants during audits and tax preparation.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or similar role.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks is a must
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred but not required.
