Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Human Resources Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will bring a strategic, hands-on approach to HR, driving organizational success by leading key initiatives in talent management, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.You will serve as a trusted advisor to leadership, guiding the implementation of HR policies and programs that support the company's growth objectives and enhance employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Management & Recruitment: Lead the talent acquisition strategy, ensuring the recruitment and retention of top-tier talent. Work closely with hiring managers to align recruitment efforts with business needs and future workforce planning.
- Employee Relations: Serve as a key point of contact for employee concerns, managing conflict resolution and providing guidance on performance improvement plans, disciplinary actions, and conflict mediation.
- Performance Management: Drive the performance management cycle, including goal setting, feedback processes, performance reviews, and employee development. Foster a culture of continuous feedback and improvement.
- Learning & Development: Identify learning needs across the organization, developing programs to support leadership development, employee growth, and succession planning.
- Compensation & Benefits: Oversee compensation strategies to ensure competitiveness and internal equity. Partner with the payroll team to manage benefits programs and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Compliance & HR Policies: Stay updated on labor laws and HR best practices, ensuring the company complies with all federal, state, and local regulations. Revise policies as necessary to reflect legal and industry changes.
- Strategic HR Leadership: Collaborate with senior management to design and implement HR strategies that align with business goals. Provide data-driven insights and HR metrics to support decision-making.
- Employee Engagement & Culture: Lead efforts to enhance employee satisfaction, retention, and overall company culture. Foster an inclusive, diverse, and high-performing work environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. HR certifications such as SHRM-SCP, PHR, or similar are preferred.
- 8+ years of HR experience, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial or senior leadership role.
- Proven experience in managing complex employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and negotiations.
- Strong knowledge of HR systems, labor laws, and regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated success in driving HR initiatives that positively impact business performance.
- Prior experience in a start-up or tech environment is appreciated.
