Responsibilities:- Represent clients in business and employment litigation issues
- Oversee all stages of litigation, including devising case strategy, overseeing discovery, and managing motion practice
- Prepare and review legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and briefs
- Conduct necessary depositions, hearings, and trials
- Utilize Case Management Software to ensure efficient handling of cases
- Leverage Adobe Acrobat for document management and briefing purposes
- Apply knowledge of Employment Law to handle claim administration and complaint handling
- Use 3M and Conveyancer skills for efficient case handling
- Engage in the process of civil litigation and manage consumer electronics related cases. • Must possess a valid license to practice law
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Attorney/Lawyer
- Proficient in using 3M
- Skilled in using Adobe Acrobat for document handling
- Experience with Case Management Software
- Knowledge of Conveyancer software
- Demonstrated ability in Document Management
- Proven experience in Briefing and Civil Litigation
- Proficient in Claim Administration
- Capable of handling Complaints efficiently
- Familiarity with Consumer Electronics
- Specialized knowledge in Employment Law
