Responsibilities:
- Accounts Receivable (Including AIA billing)
- Accounts Payable
- Banking
- Financial Reporting (Weekly, Monthly, and Quarterly)
- Governmental Compliance (GAAP)
- Payroll (Including Certified Payroll)
- Office Administration
Qualifications:
- A minimum of an Associate’s degree (Finance or Accounting) or equivalent or 5+ years relevant experience
- Experience with small/construction business finances preferred
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- High attention to detail
- Computer skills and ability to learn and use multiple computer systems
- Excellent problem solving and mathematical skills
- Ability to multitask and self-manage time and responsibilities
