- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPA and MA/MBA preferred
- 3+ years of relevant tax or accounting experience in the investment fund industry or large public accounting firm
- Strong knowledge of partnership tax or investment fund accounting
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
