We are seeking a skilled Bilingual Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and another language, possess excellent communication skills, and have a passion for providing exceptional customer service.

Duties:
  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer and direct phone calls appropriately
  • Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency
  • Coordinate various projects as assigned
  • Manage office files and documents
  • Provide administrative support to staff as needed
  • Assist with order entry tasks
  • Support office management functions
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide support
  • Utilize phone systems effectively
Experience:
The successful candidate should have the following skills:
  • Fluency in English and another language
  • Proficiency in computerized systems for data entry and file management
  • Experience in project coordination and personal assistant duties
  • Strong organizational skills for office management tasks
  • Ability to provide excellent customer support
  • Familiarity with phone systems for effective communication
