Maintenance Manager
A prominent manufacturing plant in the Statesville area is seeking a Maintnenace Manager. The Maintenance Manager will support plant operations by keeping production equipment operating efficiently and reliably. The candidate should have a machine maintenance background, and the ability to repair machinery and electronics.
A background in the nonwovens or textiles industry is preferred. The position is salaried in the $120K range. The position reports to the plant General Manager and is top priority hire for him!

responsibilities:- Take an active role in promoting the safe operation of all equipment and employees are following all safety work practices.
- Conducts safety compliance inspections and maintains records of the production equipment.
- Support ownership of quality related to equipment and processes.
- Ensure production equipment operates efficiently by supervising and performing equipment maintenance on a daily basis.
- Develop effective preventative maintenance strategies to ensure equipment reliability. Supervise the daily, weekly, and monthly preventative maintenance inspections and maintain PM records.
