Receptionist

We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a PART-TIME, 3 days a week, Receptionist in Olathe, Kansas, 66062, United States. As a receptionist, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment at a local car dealership, managing multiple tasks such as answering phone calls, providing customer service, and entering data.

Monday's, Wednesday's, and Friday's, 7am-7pm

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently manage incoming calls using a multi-line phone system
• Provide high-quality customer service to clients and visitors
• Accurately enter and update data in our systems
• Maintain regular email correspondence with clients and team members
• Use Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word for various tasks
• Apply strong interpersonal skills in all interactions
• Organize files and documents for easy access and retrieval
• Schedule appointments for team members and clients.
• Proficiency in answering and managing a multi-line phone system
• Demonstrable experience in providing excellent customer service
• Ability to perform data entry tasks quickly and accurately
• Proficient in email correspondence, with a focus on professionalism and prompt responses
• Strong interpersonal skills to interact with clients and team members effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting
• Experience with Microsoft Outlook for managing email, appointments, and tasks
• Proficient in Microsoft Word for creating and editing documents
• Experience in organizing files physically and digitally, ensuring easy access and retrieval
• Ability to schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings efficiently
