Position Overview:
Job Title: Host Alter EgoLocation: Tampa, FL
Alter Ego is a 47 seat, music forward, cocktail lounge highlighting worldly sounds and spirits. Hours are Sunday-Wednesday from 5pm-12am and Thursday-Saturday from 5pm-2am.
We are looking for hosts with a hospitality focus, organized, and able to function in a fast-paced, teamwork driven environment. The host’s main responsibility is running the front door, greeting and seating guests, and answering the phone. During down moments between reservations the host is asked to assist on the floor where needed by checking on tables, doing side work, and bussing/setting tables.The business relies on an atmosphere of camaraderie and requires all staff to help one another to succeed.
The position is paid an hourly rate of $15/hr and tipped out a sales percentage by the staff. Employee parking will be paid for by Proper House Group. PHG also provides 50% off employee discounts at all their restaurants, and an opportunity to join a wellness program with access to a general practitioner.
Pay Range: Starting from USD $15.00/Hr.
