CNC Machinist - 1st or 2nd Shift
Adecco Staffing is looking for experienced CNC Machinists for a top-tier manufacturing company located in the Topsfield, MA area. If you are a skilled machinist with a passion for precision, this is the opportunity for you!
Shifts: 1st or 2nd ShiftPay Rate: $25 - $33 per hour (based on experience)
Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC machines (mills, lathes, etc.) for the production of parts
- Create programs to control machines that process or machine parts
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Inspect parts to ensure they meet quality standards using micrometers, calipers, and other measuring instruments
- Make adjustments to machine settings as needed for optimal performance
- Maintain and troubleshoot machines to ensure proper functionality
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
- Work collaboratively with the production team to meet deadlines and production goals
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of CNC machining experience (must be familiar with CNC programming and setup)
- Experience with CNC mills and lathes is a plus
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
- High school diploma or equivalent (Technical certifications a plus)

Pay Details: $25.00 to $33.00 per hour
