Customer Service Associate

Our Customer Service Associates (CSAs) are the face of our organization, and therefore expected to be team players with outstanding customer service skills. The CSA operates the front desk, performs routine administrative work, and assists with the cleanliness of our facility.
Your role here at Bluebird would entail:
- Delivering superior customer service to both new and existing customers over the phone, in-person, and via email correspondence
- Possessing a clear understanding of facility amenities and any ongoing specials
- Assisting customers with determining their storage needs
- Renting storage units to meet company goals
- Monitoring surveillance cameras to ensure facility is safe and secure
- Performing routine facility walk-throughs (both interior and exterior) throughout shift
- Maintaining and cleaning the facility
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Must be a team player
- Must possess excellent customer service skills
- Must have the ability to adapt and respond to various tenant situations
- Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Must have proficient computer skills (i.e. Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Must be able to sit, bend, twist, walk, lift (25lbs) etc.
- Experience within the self-storage industry is preferred but not required
