Office Services Representative

Responsibilities:

• Provide friendly assistance to walk-in clients and answering phone calls
• Follow-up on billing, policy changes and claim submissions
• Respond to insurance related inquires and write new applications
• Work cross-functionally with corporate underwriters, claim adjusters, and technicians
• Create professional business relationships with prospects and policyholders

Requirements:

• A good, friendly and positive attitude!
• Must pass a full background check (no felonies)
• Ability to multi-task and remain detail-oriented
• Have pride in getting work done timely and accurately
• Willing to obtain Property & Casualty License
• Able to speak Chinese (Cantonese or Mandarin) a plus
